Zola is an online wedding registry, wedding planner, and retailer. Striving to be a one-stop shop for all things wedding, Zola launched a beta version of a product that easily connects couples with vendors. Zola has already manually helped nearly half a million couples plan their weddings since launching in 2013 but are now hoping to create a new experience digitally.

Qualitative Interviews with Engaged Couples
I conducted interviews with couples who have hired or are looking to hire their own catering vendor. Luckily, I was able to find people within our very own company, Zola to interview.
User Journey Map
After conducting interviews, I found similar patterns in the steps that were needed to find a caterer. Compiling the information, I created a user journey map to visually see the steps and emotions that a user experiences throughout the process.
